The construction of the hotel was planned according to an energy-saving concept. Air conditioning is unnecessary because the building layout will prevent heat from penetrating into guest rooms and the walls are twice as thick as normal for insulation. In winter, the floor is heated with water warmed by solar panels, thus maintaining a comfortable room temperature for the well-being of our guests.

A most efficient eco-technology has been chosen to produce the hot water required for the showers. Heat generated by the hotel's refrigerators and freezers is used to heat the water for baths and showers and to maintain a temperature of 26° to 28° in the indoor swimming pool.
